If you are looking to return/exchange a product that simply didn't work for you, please ensure you purchased your product(s) online and it is within 30 days of your date of purchase. If you purchased your item in a JUSU Bar location in Victoria or Calgary please connect with the closest store to you to exchange or return for store credit. Please note, there must be 75% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify for an online store credit.

- Mail the product to the address below (returns/exchanges will be at the customer’s expense - please note that Jusu Life is not responsible if the returned product gets lost in the mail).
